致昆山市市长的一封信

[font=宋体][size=14pt]在感受党中央对昆山的关注不断增强的同时，亲眼目睹着昆山的日益变化，作为一名新昆山人，心中倍感自豪。可在具体的日常生活中，感觉有些地方不能适应昆山的快速发展，由此萌发了想给您写封信的念头，此念头由来已久，犹豫了半年，最后还是决定来跟您说说，如有冒昧，敬请谅解！[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]

一[font=Times New Roman] [/font]公交
[font=宋体][size=14pt]公交作为一种重要的交通的工具，在人们的日常生活中扮演着异乎寻常的角色。虽说现如今私家车的比例在迅猛增加，但公交仍是一个地区发展水平的重要标志。北京、上海等大都市，都把发展公交事业作为构建当今和谐社会、关注民生的重要事情来做，宁愿花费大量的人力、物力、财力，目的就是方便市民的出行，服务于大众。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]

[font=宋体][size=14pt]每次乘车要等近半小时，最长的一次竟然等了一个小时还是没到，最后愤然离去。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]

[font=宋体][size=14pt]可坐位置只有[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]18[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]个，车辆后端中间只能站立一人，错开可站立二人，但如有人中途下车，异常难挤；车辆中、前段可站立两排，但也是拥挤不堪。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]

[font=宋体][size=14pt]每到节、假日，车上小偷非常活跃，三、两成群的分布在车辆最拥挤的部位，你越挤他们越是有机可趁，亲眼目睹被偷事件不计其数，更有甚者直接趁下车拥挤时，拉扯女性脖子上的项链。车上司机和乘务人员都知道，但只能善意的说些提醒的话语，如请上车乘客往里走，当心自己身上的财务等，仅仅如此，其它也是无能为力，每当此类事件发生时，所有的人只是庆幸没有发生在自己身上。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]

[font=宋体][size=14pt]本来是三行车道（左拐、直行、右拐），可那些司机不愿等待，又或许在表现自己的过人车技，却能在左拐道旁边“重新开辟”两个车道，从对面行车道里硬给挤出来两个车道，把这方车道变成五车道。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]

[font=宋体][size=14pt]本知道按喇叭也没用，可有些人偏要按，特别是那些大型车辆，喇叭功率大，制造的噪音也特别让人难以忍受。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]

[font=宋体][size=14pt]只是为了自己的方便，乱停乱放，从来没考虑到他的这一行为会给其他的行人或车辆带来不便，会给整个交通造成拥堵，甚至事故的发生。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]
